Return & Refund Policy
To return any product, please email us at info@jigermaninvent.com with your order ID and a detailed description of the reason for return.
- Return Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping, insurance, and handling. JI GERMAN INVENT Co.,Ltd. does not cover these costs.
- Credit Issuance: Credits will only be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product to ensure it is in acceptable condition.
- Used Items: Once an item has been used, it is not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect covered by warranty.
- Claims Period: Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty, or damaged goods upon delivery must be made within ten (10) working days of receipt. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
- Custom Products: Custom products, including those with personalized engravings or modifications, are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect covered by warranty.
- Product Condition: Products will only be accepted for exchange/credit if they are received in sellable condition, including being unused and in their original packaging.
- Packaging: Products must be returned in their original sealed package with all accessories and documentation to be eligible for replacement or credit.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to any product returned for reasons other than defect or damage. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item.
- Refund Processing Time: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within (7) business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase unless otherwise specified.
- Refund Exceptions: In some cases, certain items may not be eligible for a refund. This includes items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence.
