Return & Refund Policy

To return any product, please email us at info@jigermaninvent.com with your order ID and a detailed description of the reason for return.

1. Return Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping, insurance, and handling. JI GERMAN INVENT Co.,Ltd. does not cover these costs.
2. Credit Issuance: Credits will only be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product to ensure it is in acceptable condition.
3. Used Items: Once an item has been used, it is not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect covered by warranty.
4. Claims Period: Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty, or damaged goods upon delivery must be made within ten (10) working days of receipt. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
5. Custom Products: Custom products, including those with personalized engravings or modifications, are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect covered by warranty.
6. Product Condition: Products will only be accepted for exchange/credit if they are received in sellable condition, including being unused and in their original packaging.
7. Packaging: Products must be returned in their original sealed package with all accessories and documentation to be eligible for replacement or credit.
8. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to any product returned for reasons other than defect or damage. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item.
9. Refund Processing Time: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within (7) business days.
10. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase unless otherwise specified.
11. Refund Exceptions: In some cases, certain items may not be eligible for a refund. This includes items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence.
